Support services and estates

We're working together better to improve a range of corporate services, including payroll, finance, human resources, legal services, procurement services, information management and technology, estates, and governance and risk.

We will share best practice across all our partners to provide a more integrated way of working and allow us to better support our services across the wider region. This includes using the buildings we have in the best possible way for providing care.

We will also look at how our "corporate functions" can work better as a network - this includes our HR services, Finance teams, Payroll and Procurement as there are many benefits to doing things consistently rather than multiple times in different ways across our different partners.

We'll work closely with our IT and digital colleagues to understand how our Informatics teams can better work together for secure, digitally shared patient records.
