- The ACP Census for England 2019, will help the Faculty and employers to identify these ‘Legacy ACPs’. The Faculty will use local intelligence from employers and HEIs, together with the ACP census 2019, to identify those individuals who wish to seek additional ‘modular’ topics/accreditation (top up training) in order to complete their competencies and be assessed against the four pillars of ACP practice. Employers must be supportive and offer the correct levels of support, supervision, protected time for study and a suitable advanced level role, following completion of ‘top up’ training.
